if I was an old lady, I'd be swimming in dinero
Troll the aisles of the specialty food stores and supermarkets in your community. You’ll find a high percentage of the makers of pickles, sauces and relishes depict their grandma or great aunt in the role of matriarch or great originator of the product. I’d like to see some data on this. How strongly does the implied sentimental connection to a maternal-type unit translate into sales? Surely it must be very high. My Grannies, bless ‘em both, were food lovers for sure, but they never put their personal stamp on a particular pickle. A shame for me, as “Grandma’s Secret Recipe” seems to carry almost as much weight in the marketplace as “Organic” or “Fat-Free”.
what i do love about swimming is that it is fun and you can see lots of babes on the beach.`*
